We have done our best to offer the best flea at the lowest rates for the past 7 months since reopening in September. We have held off as long as possible before raising our fees. Beginning in April, our rates have increased slightly. We still believe we are offering a great event at very competitive fees. Here are the changes:

10×10 booths go from $45 to $55 (which is still $10 lower than we had originally planned.)

Mobile Boutiques remain at $90

Coffee Truck goes from $50 to $75

Prepared Foods remain at $75

Food Trucks are no longer a percentage of sales and will now be a flat rate of $75

And we are introducing Table Space which has room for (1) 6′ table for $40

We will be buying additional media to continue our growth and we have added a second parking lot just north of the main lot on Griffith Park Blvd.
