Trick or Treat at Los Feliz Flea the safe way

We know this year is a trying one, to say the least. And being that Shelly and I have 5 kids, we are very aware of the difficulties in preparing for the upcoming Halloween Trick or Treating dilemma. But fear not my fellow parents. Los Feliz Flea to the rescue! This Halloween happens to fall on Saturday! Shelly and I are going to do our best to provide you and your kids a safe and fun environment for your little goblins to still enjoy a COVID style Halloween.

If you are not aware, we re-opened the Los Feliz Flea a couple of weeks ago and it has got to be the safest Flea in town. We have Sellers spread out and only allow a limited number to assure we have lots of Safe Distancing happening. There is plenty of seating throughout the Flea and most under shade trees.

Each seller will have a table placed 6′ from their booth with wrapped candy for your Trick or Treaters are visit. The kids will be able to visit each booth and parents, if so inclined, you are invited to support our local sellers. We’ll have some food trucks and music. Spooky of course throughout the day. No purchase required. There is no Admission fee. And we have a ton of Free Parking in the parking lot with entrances on Tracy Street and Griffith Park Blvd.

We are a community Flea. We produce the Los Feliz Flea in Los Feliz and we live in Los Feliz. We would like to invite any parents who are interested, to come and volunteer to spookify the grounds. Perhaps some ghosts hanging from trees? Transform the grass field into a graveyard?

Either way, we’re going to make the Los Feliz Flea a fun and safe place for the kids to come and enjoy some trick-or-treating COVID-19 style. We hope you can join us.

FACE COVERING IS MANDATORY AT ALL TIMES UNLESS EATING OR DRINKING.

Happy Halloween,

Phillip & Shelly Dane
