We have some exciting news to share. Starting immediately, we are now assigning booths when you book online. I spent hours today assigning pre-existing bookings to booths taking in to account the requests of all and tried to make sure everyone gets their booths they have had. If you are one of these regular sellers and see that someone was placed in your space, please let me know the date, the booth number and make sure you have a permanent seller status. If you are not booked for 4 consecutive dates, you are not guaranteed the same booth each time to come in.
Tomorrow those who have not booked for the month of July but had arrangements to do so, will be able to go in and book the booths they normally have. Reserve By User is the term we use. It it our proprietary platform which allows me to assign a block on your booth for a set amount of time. It’s your responsibility to book the “blocked” booths before the expiration date otherwise they will be release into the general pool of available booths.
Below is the layout with the booth numbers. Please understand that in a rush to get the booking back online, I may have made a couple mistakes. If so, the space you booked may be moved to the next available spot. This should all mellow out once we get everyone situated.
There are also new load in times based on the booth you are booked in.
1-66 load in 8am-9am
67 and above load in 9am-10am
There will be two lines: 8am line and 9am line.
