Read the FAQ for Load-in and general answers to questions. All Bookings are final. We do not allow the switching of dates or refunds. We are open, Rain or Shine.

BOOTH ASSIGNMENTS AND BOOTH LICENSES

We reserve the right to move your booth if another Seller obtains the Booth License for the booth you picked. License Holders have priority over non-Booth License Sellers. To find out more about Booth Licenses (not required to participate) please visit the Booth License page located under Seller Resources.

When you enter on Griffith Park Blvd into the Parking Lot….
Booths 1-90 Load in 8 am – 9 am
Booths 91 and above Load in 9 am – 10 am

Arrivals after 10:40 AM may result in the forfeit of your booking, and/or your assigned booth may be given away. All vehicles must be off the selling lot by 10:45 AM.

Vendor Parking is only located on Griffith Park in the LOT # 2 area. Do Not Park in the Main Lot. Or you can park on St. George from the ramp to the North, heading toward Griffith Park Blvd. You can park on Griffith Park Blvd as well. Please DO NOT PARK on Tracy Street.

Early Breakdown and/or leaving before 5 PM will result in a 90 Day ban from participating again.

In some cases, we may have to relocate you to another booth in the event you selected one that was already purchased. We will let you know if this happens and give you some options. Thanks!
