What if I can’t make it?

Things happen so just let us know.

We understand things happen, and sometimes you have to forfeit your booth; although we do not refund or transfer bookings, we do REQUIRE notification if you cannot attend. You can notify us up until 8 AM the day of the event.

Notifications must include your full name, company, and booth number.

All notifications must be done in the form of submitting a Ticket Here.

If you do not notify us and do not show up, your account is subject to a 90-day hold. You will not be able to participate until the hold has expired.

As a reminder, we are rain or shine, and there are no refunds or transfers. All booking sales are final.
