Holly Nguyen is a veteran in the food and events industry with nearly 7 years of experience. She worked on the PR and marketing for large-scale festivals of up to 100,000 people per weekend for the 626, OC and NorCal Night Market events in California. Other projects include The Foodie Space in Pasadena, a pop-up selfie museum with exhibits of giant food, and ChefBox in South Pasadena, a grab-and-go store that sells prepared meals by local chefs. Food and events are real passions for her and she backpacked solo extensively throughout Southeast Asia to eat at as many night markets as possible.
