Yard Of Blondes started as a French duet who relocated to the US in 2010. Vincent & Fanny got lost in the California desert to start a new life.
There they were first highlighted by the Hi-Desert local scene and appeared as guests on the compilation "Highway 62 Love Songs" featuring internationally renowned artists Eric Burdon (The Animals) and Victoria Williams.
After a long series of concerts at some of the greatest venues in Los Angeles (Whisky A GoGo, The Viper Room, The Bootleg, The Montalban Theatre, The Crest,...), Rodney Bingenheimer, the legendary KROQ DJ began playing their title track Murderology in 2013. He was subsequently imitated by more than 100 international radio stations.
On December 1 of 2014, Yard Of Blondes started to get more and more famous in France. This was due to the national broadcast of the one-hour documentary, “Joshua Trip”. The film is a road trip with Vincent & Fanny as hosts, a journey where they perform and write a song (Born Again) during some desert sessions.
In 2016, Yard Of Blondes is featured on the compilation « I love you all the time » along with Eagles Of Death Metal, Florence & The Machine, Kings Of Leon, Jimmy Eat World and many more. All the proceeds are given to the victims of the Paris attacks.
Michael Patterson (Nine Inch Nails, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Beck) is currently mixing Yard Of Blondes' first full-length album. The record was produced by Billy Graziadei (founder member of Biohazard) in Los Angeles at Firewater Studios.
House of G&C stands for grace and charity. Everything we carry in store supports the community both locally and globally. We exist to share stories of brands that look good, do good and give back. Accessories, jewelry, clothing, gifts and original work found in store and at our traveling pop-up events give back by empowering female owned buisnesses, empowering those transitioning out of homelessness, and also support different research efforts such as childhood cancer, suicide prevention, mental health awareness, environmental sustainability, pet rescue causes and much more. We hold in store popup and workshop events on Saturdays and we offer private shopping appointments in store, or we can bring our gift bar to your private event or work place. Message us for more information and follow on Instagram @houseofgandc to find out where our monthly events will be!
About 5 years ago my husband and I decided to remove some of the grass in our backyard and replaced it with succulents. I was amazed at the variety and started using succulents to make arrangements for friends and family. In May 2016 my office held a craft fair and I decided to make some arrangements. To my surprise, all the arrangements sold out and I have been making and selling arrangements ever since. I love gardening and learning about different varieties and how to use them in arrangements. I like to hit local thrift stores and yard sales to find unique containers to re-purpose as planters. If I am not out thrifting I am visiting local nurseries or checking out Pinterest and Instagram for inspiration. I love my side-hustle!

Crunchy Beauty was started by Miriam who is a former science teacher. She found it difficult to find non-toxic skin care and home care products for her and her family. She realized that a lot of "natural" products were not as natural as they claimed to be and set out to create her own collection of safe, natural alternatives. After friends and family raved about her creations, Miriam created Crunchy Beauty to introduce the world to a line of cleaner and truly natural products that perform beautifully and never use synthetic ingredients, fillers, or preservatives.
