Power is not supplied. Portable SUPER-QUIET generators are allowed.

We will have a limited number of tents, tables, chairs and tent weights available to rent. These are only guaranteed if ordered online prior to the date of the event.

RENTALS:
Tents: $35
Tables: $10
Chairs: $5
Tent Weights (set of 4): $20

A drivers license will be held until items are returned. You can pick up rentals at the Information booth.

No smoking is permitted on school property,

Pets are welcome to sell with you.

No music permitted during the show hours. During set-up and break-down you can play your music but not so it causes an issue for Sellers around you.

NO SHARING of booths. Violation of this will result in a 4-week ban on participating in any of our events.

EARLY BREAKDOWNS ARE PROHIBITED. If you breakdown early, you may not be allowed to participate in any of our events again.

LOAD-IN

All booths are assigned when you book. 

You can find your BOOTH under your Profile. Look for MY BOOKINGS. 

When you enter on Griffith Park Blvd into the Parking Lot….
Booths 1-90 Load in 8 am – 8:45 am
Booths 91 and above Load in 8:45 am – 9:30 am

Food Trucks: There are 4 spots reserved on St. George. You can arrive between 8-9:30AM. Doors up by 10AM.

If you arrive after your load in time, your booth may be assigned to someone else. 

If you arrive after 9:40AM you may lose your booking without refund.

ONE vehicle allowed to pull on to the lot per booth. If you have multiple vehicles, additional vehicles must cart in from the parking area at the bottom of the ramp.  

All cars must be off the selling area by 9:45am.

NO cars are permitted to remain in the flea market area unless directed to by staff..

NEW! VENDOR PARKING. 

ALL VENDORS MUST PARK IN THE VENDOR LOT LOCATED DIRECTLY TO THE RIGHT OF THE LOAD IN PARKING LOT LOCATED ON GRIFFITH PARK BLVD. NO VENDORS ARE ALLOWED TO PARK ON TRACY ST OR ST. GEORGE. SEE MAP BELOW.

Drive up the ramp and Check-In. You will be directed to you booth.

  1. Unload you vehicle
  2. Park as directed above BEFORE you Set Up.
  3. Come back in and setup. You must have weights available to use in the event of winds. We have limited stock for rent online.

Do not setup while your vehicle is on the lot including your tent.

Exit through the St. George Gate, make a left and another left on Griffith Park Blvd and go PAST the load in lot about 40 feet to Lot #2.

MUSIC: No music at all is permitted in booths. We have a curated playlist each week so please do not play your music in your booth. 

NO SHOWS and VIOLATIONS! 

We understand things happen and sometimes you have to forfeit your booth but we do REQUIRE notification so we do not have empty booths. If you do not notify us through the website message platform, you will not be able to participate for 60 days. Your account will placed on hold. Please be mindful of the market. Thanks!

How? Login to theoddmarket.com, scroll to the bottom of any page and you will see Who’s Online. Look for Phillip D. and click on the profile. Then click Message and send your message. 

LOAD-OUT

LOAD OUT. Do not break down before 4pm. At 4, pack up and be ready to load and go. All vehicles must enter through the ramp in the parking lot to get to your space. DO NOT ENTER ON ST. GEORGE. The flow is one way only. The same as when you load in.

DO NOT pull your car in UNTIL you are packed up as we are limited in space. Be mindful of each other.

ALL VEHICLES MUST BE OFF THE LOT BY 5:45. 

Free Wifi

Free WiFi is available. Use Network Odd Market 1, 2 or 3. Password is “oddmarket” You can share this with your customers too. 

The Load In and FAQ will be finalized by April 13th

To see your booking, please do not call or email us before you check online. Log In, Go to My Profile and go to My Bookings (Calendar Icon).

Here are some basics:

POP UP 10×10 BOOTHS & MOBILE BOUTIQUES

Load in is from 2:00pm – 4:15 pm. 

FOOD TRUCKS

Load in is from 3:30pm – 4:00 pm.

You will pull to your space and unload. Do NOT set up until you park in the Vendor Lot located next to the event space. A map will be posted prior to you arriving. 

Power is provided for 10×10 pop-ups but only for LED or CFL low wattage lighting, The bistro sting LED lights are the best. You are limited to 80 watts per booth. If you go over 80 watts, you will blow the power for multiple booths.

Space Numbers are on the curb and we will assist you in finding your booth. There are marks located at the rear of your space and your tent legs must line up with those marks. ONLY STRAIGHT LEG TENTS are permitted. 

You must be set up by 5 PM when we open. 

No early breakdowns! We go until 10 PM. Cars will be allowed in to load out when it is deemed safe to do so. You will enter the same way you did when you arrived and please be mindful of other vendors trying to get out as well. 

Leave your space clean. We charge $100 if your space is left with trash including the plastic tie downs! We want to get out of there too. 

Tents, Tables and Chairs are not included in the booth fee. Please bring everything you need to set up.
