General FAQ

Booking for Events

There is a one time registration we require from all Sellers, Food Trucks and Performers. You can register at theoddmarket.com/register.

You can book events so long as you are logged in. You can book multiple dates and different events all at the same time. You can review your bookings in the shopping cart located at the top of the page. 

Bookings are Final Sale. No Transfers. No Refunds. No Exceptions. 

Rentals

We will be adding Rentals of Tents, Tables and Chairs but in limited quantity. These items, when available, must be reserved and paid for in advance through the site. 

Tents: $35, Tables: $10, Chairs: $5.

Music

Music is permitted only during setup and breakdown only. Music is not permitted during the event. We have music. 

Los Feliz Flea

Load-in

Seller should not arrive before 8:30am. At 8:30 we will open the Gate to the parking lot on Griffith Park Blvd which is the North Side of the school. This is the only gate to enter the Flea. 

Load-In is from 8:30-10:15. If you arrive after 10:15, we can give your space away and you will not receive a refund. All cars must be off the selling area by 10:45am.

We suggest parking on the street so we can leave the lot for customers. 

Drive in and follow the parking lot along until you reach the check-in. Once you are checked-in, you will be directed up the ramp into the selling area where you will 

  1. Unload you vehicle 
  2. Park in the Assigned Parking area or on the street.
  3. Come back in and setup.

Do not setup while your vehicle is on the lot. 

Pull out through the St. George Gate and park on the street or in the designated lot. 

COVID-19

Due to COVID-19 we require all Sellers to wear a face covering at all times. You must cover your Nose and Mouth. You are required to have a bottle of hand sanitizer out for attendees to use. 

Power & Rentals & Rules

Power is not supplied. Portable SUPER-QUIET generators are allowed. 

We will have a limited number of tents, tables and chairs available to rent. These are only guaranteed if ordered online prior to the date of the event.

No smoking is permitted on school property, 

Pets are welcome to sell with you. 

No music permitted during the show hours. During set-up and break-down you can play your music but not so it causes an issue for Sellers around you. 

EARLY BREAKDOWNS ARE PROHIBITED. If you breakdown early, you may not be allowed to participate in any of our events again. 

Space Assignments

Due to the pandemic, space is assigned upon arrival. Early arrival does not mean better placement. We place Sellers based on where we feel they will do best and will be the most safe. The space numbers you select will not be your space so you can select any spot to secure your booking. 

Downtown Flea

Load-in

Seller should not arrive before 8:30am. At 8:30 we will open the Gate to the parking lot at  1001 West Olympic Street. This is the only gate to enter the Flea. 

Once you are checked-in, you will be directed to your space where you will:

  1. Unload you vehicle 
  2. Park in the Assigned Parking area.
  3. Come back in and setup.
